Eris is one of our very similar girls from the Zeus X Terra Ombre litter. Eris was the third of this litter to be shown and finished in style by going Group 1. She was never shown as a special. Eris was also the only dog in her litter who would chase the lure. She gained the first leg of her JC at 1 1/2 and the second leg at 6 1/2 after she went to live with our friend Ingrid Christensen.

Eris was a happy, loving but very stubborn dog. She was catered to and spoiled by Ingrid and her family. A slip in the hall led to a broken leg for Eris at 6 1/2 and a spider bite ended up with the amputation of one toe several years later, but none of it has slowed her down. The grand dam of Ingrid's Senta Salukis, Eris was the princess of her household and her first love remained food!

Eris passed away on December 7, 2007, two months shy of her 15th birthday.
